Due to the nature of our hobby, livestock refunds, unless certified DOA and confirmed with your delivery provider at the time of delivery.

Whilst we strive for the highest quality of products, packaging, and shipping; dry goods replacements are available for items that are damaged during delivery. Please contact us at sales@reefsupreme.com.au if there are any issues with your order
